Terms of Service
Play the games, watch matches, buy diamonds if you want to change what happens. Don't cheat, don't harass people, and don't try to break the platform.

1. Who you are agreeing with
Zomo is operated by PXON, a company registered in the Netherlands. Full details are at the foot of this page. In these terms “we” means that company and “you” means you.
These terms apply whether or not you have an account. Watching a match and using a free item needs no account, and doing either means you accept these terms.
2. Age
You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you are under 18 you may only buy diamonds with the permission of whoever is responsible for the payment method.
If we learn an account belongs to someone under 16 we close it and delete the data. If money was spent on it, contact us and we will refund it — that specific case is outside the normal refund rules below.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Twitch, YouTube, Kick or TikTok. We never see or store a password for those services. You are responsible for what happens through your account, so keep those logins secure.
One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to collect the welcome diamonds more than once is fraud, and we will reclaim the diamonds and may close every account involved.
You can pick a handle at zomo.gg/yourname. Handles that impersonate someone, that are chosen to mislead, or that are plainly offensive can be reclaimed by us without notice.
4. Diamonds
Diamonds are a virtual currency used only inside Zomo. They are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use features of the service. They are not money, not a deposit, not a payment instrument and not property, and they cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, gifted or moved to another account.
Every new account is granted 100 diamonds. That grant is a promotion, not a purchase: it has no monetary value and is never refundable in cash.
Purchased diamonds do not expire. If we ever discontinue the service we will say so at least 30 days in advance and refund purchased, unspent diamonds.
Spending a diamond on an item is the moment the thing you paid for is delivered. Once spent, it is gone — see Refunds for exactly what can and cannot be refunded.
We set item prices and may change them. A price change never affects diamonds you already hold.
5. What you may not do
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone — players, viewers or streamers. The name you choose as a viewer is shown to everyone in the match and is covered by this.
- Cheat, script, automate, or use any tool that gives you an advantage the game does not intend.
- Buy, sell or trade accounts, handles or diamonds outside Zomo.
- Attack the platform: scraping beyond ordinary use, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, flooding, or interfering with other people’s matches.
- Use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
If you break these rules we may remove content, suspend or close your account, and refuse refunds for diamonds spent in the process. We will tell you why unless doing so would help someone evade the measure.
6. Reporting a security problem
If you find a vulnerability, email legal@zomogames.com. Report it before exploiting it, do not access anyone else’s data, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Do that and we will not pursue you for the testing itself.
7. Streamers
If you connect a channel, you are telling us it is yours. Where we cannot verify that automatically we say so on your settings page and the claim stays marked unverified. Claiming a channel that is not yours is grounds for closing the account.
Your profile page shows whether you are live, drawn from the public APIs of the platform you stream on. We do not host, restream or rebroadcast anything — a stream shown on Zomo is that platform’s own embedded player, subject to their terms.
Zomo does not currently pay streamers a share of diamond spending. If that changes it will be a separate written agreement, not something these terms quietly grant.
8. The games
Games on Zomo may be built by us or by third parties on our platform. We operate the platform, the accounts and the diamond system in every case, and diamonds are always spent with us and never with a game developer.
Games are software and they will sometimes fail. If an item you paid for cannot be applied, the diamonds are returned to your balance automatically — you do not have to ask.
9. Availability
We do not promise the service is always available. We take it down for maintenance, things break, and providers we depend on have outages of their own. We are not liable for a match interrupted by any of that, beyond returning diamonds spent on items that never landed.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Dutch law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by any of this.
Beyond that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you actually paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the value you place on diamonds.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zomo after that is acceptance. If you do not accept, close your account and we will refund purchased, unspent diamonds.
12. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Doing so forfeits any remaining diamonds unless you ask for a refund of purchased, unspent ones first — so ask first if that matters to you.
We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 5, or where we are required to. Where we close an account for a reason other than your breach, we refund purchased, unspent diamonds.
13. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your own local courts.
Talk to us first — support@zomogames.com — because almost everything is solved that way. If it is not, EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
